Our website name “Silkroad Pharmacy”is inspired by darkne marketplace “Silkroad Marketplace”. All we can say is Silkroad was an idealogy and we are trying to keep it’s legacy.

Originally Silkroad Pharmacy was founded in 2014 on domain name silkroad-pharmacy.com. Few years later, our website was taken down and domain name was lost. Silkroad Online Pharmacy was extremely popular by the time the website was taken down, so some con-artists took advantage of our shut down and used our name and visuals of our website and created fake identical websites using same name and started scamming people. This is very common question but answer to this question is not as straight forward. Each drug has different regulations in different countries. We don’t maintain legal import structure database for every country here on our website, you should consult with your local regulations. If we receive your order, we will ship it anyway.

Well, It’s most frequently asked question because our prices are really fascinating and in reply of this question, we just want to say that “it’s all about TAX”.

You can see the medicines we are selling are mostly manufactured by multinational pharmaceutical companies like Roche, Pfizer, Watson, Abott, GSK and others. And it’s obvious that every country and union has it’s own tax classes and rules. Tax rules for prescription medicines are different in Asia then western countries like UK, USA, Australia. The question should be “Why prices of drugs are very high in Europe, USA and Australia?” And the answer would be “If we consider the price of rx drug without tax, it is 700% less then market prices (include tax). So it’s all about “TAX”.

Yes, we do offer refunds on certain conditions. Please read complete Refund Policy Here. Please note that Shipping Insurance Fee & Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

We does ship world wide, almost to every country in the world. We are very familiar with deliveries to United Kingdom, Europe, United States of America and Australia. We dispatch our parcels from different regions like, Philippines, Hong Kong, Pakistan, Singapore, India, EU & USA. You can ask for domestic shipping for USA and UK, we will let you know if your desired product can be shipped domestically.

We ship daily from Mondays to Saturday, from several locations. Orders received on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We use registered air mail and the supplies are delivered by the postal service. In some cases, a signature will be required upon arrival.

In most cases of international shipping, parcels gets delivered in 9-12 days but sometimes it could be delayed. We have no control over shipping companies and take no guarantees for international deliveries. Domestic shipping takes 2 days for delivery for most of the time.

Overnight delivery is not possible. Unfortunately currently we do not have this service.

After the payment completion, your order will be processed immediately and tracking number will be sent to you within 24 hours of order completion. It might take few hours to get tracking number active or show some movement.

We do charge $50 USD flat shipping fee. However, shipping will be free on all orders equal and over $500 USD.

We handle shipping & packaging just as professionally. We do concealed and discreet packaging and packages don’t get stuck at customs any often. Rest assured, we have almost 99% positive delivery rate.

We use several different shipping means. We provide tracking number via email, you will find the tracking (website) link right within the email containing the tracking number for your order. You can also track your order on Universal Tracking Website like parcelapp.com

Returns are not accepted on any condition. However we offer free reship. To be eligible for free reship, you must opt-in for shipping insurance when placing order (during checkout). Click – Return & Reship Policy

Shipping Insurance (Delivery Insurace) is a paid option ($30 USD) you will see during checkout. If you select shipping insurance when placing order, you will be eligible for free reship in case of any problem in delivery. Please note insurance fee is non-refundable.

Generics are usually of the same quality as the original but they are manufactured by different companies and have different (more affordable) prices. In most cases, we provide both, the original and the generic product, so you may choose your preferred option.
